the basics

by using flamingo, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, that's cool—but you can't use the app. we might update these terms occasionally, and we'll let you know when we do.

who can use flamingo

• you must be 18 or older
• you need a valid boarding pass to verify your traveler status
• you must provide accurate information
• you can only have one account

be a decent human

we have a zero tolerance policy for:

• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Spam or commercial solicitation
• Impersonating others
• Sharing illegal content
• Being creepy (you know what we mean)

violations = immediate ban. no warnings.

your content

you own what you post. by sharing it on flamingo, you give us permission to display it to other users. you can delete your content anytime. we don't claim any ownership of your stuff.

safety disclaimer

while we verify travelers and provide safety tools, we can't guarantee anyone's behavior. use common sense when meeting people. meet in public spaces (airports are perfect for this). trust your instincts.

we can change things

we might update the app, add or remove features, or change these terms. we'll try to give you a heads up, but sometimes we can't. the service is provided "as is" without warranties.

disputes

if we have a disagreement, let's try to work it out first. email us at pranayguptamain@gmail.com. if that doesn't work, disputes will be handled through arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
